If you've been meaning to visit Becker College, now's the time. Not only is our campus beautifully colorful this time of year (it's New England foliage season!), but our upcoming Open House will tell you a lot about life as a Hawk. Even if you've taken a tour or two, there are a few reasons our Open Houses can be especially beneficial.
On Saturday, October 17 from 9 a.m. to noon or 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., you'll have a chance to...
1. Talk to current students. More than just in the dining halls or while they're walking to class, you'll talk one-on-one with students who were in your position not too long ago. You'll find out why they chose Becker, what they love about our campuses, and the kinds of opportunities they've had here. (And you can still take a student-guided tour, which leaves room for a lot of fun conversation and information.)
2. Find your answers. Having your concerns addressed early is key in the college decision-making process. That's why we'll have faculty and staff from admissions, financial aid, athletics, student affairs, and more on hand to help answer your questions. Of course, our faculty and staff are happy to help on your standard campus tours too, but having them all in one place? So helpful!
3. Experience campus life. You'll have time to explore our campuses as if they were your own. Mosey from building to building, eat in one of our dining halls, and watch our women's soccer and volleyball teams in action. There's no better way to find out what life could be like at Becker than by experiencing it for yourself.
4. Learn what's new. From our newly launched B.S. in Equine Studies to our graduate programs in Mental Health Counseling, you'll discover Becker is a small college that helps you to achieve big things!
Now that you know what to look forward to on October 17...
